Bennett Alpert VP Corporate Data Products
Another telecom veteran of 20+ years, Bennett Alpert runs our enterprise equipment and services division. After completing his degree in Economics from Tulane, Bennett started his career with AT&T where in just his first year ranked #33 out of 1,750 account executives in the country. Throughout his tenure with AT&T, Lucent and Avaya he remained in the “Millionaires Club" and we have come to realize that selling communications gear is just a strange enjoyment for him. Bennett went on from there to start and successfully sell Versacom Technologies, a provider of telecom equipment, wired and wireless voice and data services to the financial industry. Bennett is known for an intense creativity which over the years has allowed him to develop and grow many successful product niches. The latest is to build upon Wyless’s award-winning, multi-carrier network and management platform to provide secure, wireless network redundancy for corporate LANs and WANs. When he is not competing for Wyless, Bennett continues to play competitive soccer and likes to think he is still in his prime, though his knees say otherwise. At least his team won the “Over The Hill” division title last season.
