IMH Technologies was formed in 1993 to address these issues by offering power quality consultancy and solutions from the World’s leading companies in this field. They began working with Dranetz-BMI, the worlds leading supplier of power monitoring equipment as their exclusive distributor in Europe and are now their European Service Centre. They also work with the Satec range of digital energy meters and the Dent Instruments range of energy loggers. Their customers include ABB, Skansa, Chloride Power Protection, House of Lords and GCHQ. Recently, they have completed a project in the UK for a semi-conductor manufacturing company. In 2006, IMH decided to broaden their solutions offerings by moving into the area of cellular connectivity for remote power and energy monitoring utilising GSM/GPRS and 3G. To meet their strategic goals , they required the ability of true two-way communication in real-time between their customers remote devices and the Customers Control or IT Centre.
