Wyless listed in M2M top 100 for third year running

Wyless, the international wireless data communications group, has been listed in M2M magazine’s ‘M2M 100’ as one of the most influential providers of machine-to-machine technology of 2008.

The M2M 100 comprises the top 100 businesses specialising in machine-to-machine communications, ranging from small companies to large enterprises, each of which have excelled throughout the year in areas including business model strength, product portfolio, and business momentum, as well as potential growth.

Wyless manages a global wireless data network which reduces the risks, costs and complexity of deploying and supporting mobile applications. Patented technology is combined with internet-based Management tools and first-class service to deliver a managed service across 120 countries. Wyless provides its customers with global access to a secure managed wireless data network using multiple operators via a single SIM. The company has over 250 customers with remote or mobile assets in over 35 countries. Wyless has also recently announced its expansion into the U.S., with a new office in Boston and an agreement with T-Mobile.

Paul Smith, CEO of Wyless, commented, “To be selected by M2M magazine for this exclusive list is a great achievement for us. It is a result of our pioneering growth and our commitment to offering businesses truly global connectivity over a managed network. To be recognised in such a rapidly growing industry lets us know that we are successful in providing a valuable service to those we work with.”
