The Wyless Network is a global managed wireless network. By combining our robust and secure network infrastructure with standard and bespoke service offerings, Wyless Managed Services deliver World-class connectivity, unique visibility and control and first-class customer support. Our Managed Services cover every step of the process, from initial concepts and trials to deployment, through to ongoing customer support. They are also available to customers who need or wish to use SIMs from existing MNO relationships.

As you'd expect from a network enabling business critical applications, the Wyless Network is closely monitored 24/7, 365 days a year. From our dedicated Cisco firewalls and secure physical data centres to the many APNs into multiple network operators around the World, the Wyless Network is under constant supervision.  Virus protection, intrusion detection, redundancy and scalability are all part of the Managed Services. But our offering isn't restricted to the care of our own infrastructure. It extends beyond this to include the technical support you need for your secure connection into Wyless and the visibility and control of your devices. Flexibility is key. You can choose standard or customised service level offerings to meet your specific support requirements.

The Wyless Network is independent of any single Mobile Network Operator. As a result we have APNs into multiple operators covering a range of different networks including WLAN, GPRS, 3G, GSM and satellite. Our Managed Services provide a single communications interface for the purposes of management and control of your global wireless and fixed connections.

The Wyless Management Platform is the Internet-based hub for much of this service activity. It provides unique levels of visibility and control of devices and connectivity as well as account information and powerful billing and reporting functionality.
